When entering your Loan Amount and Interest Rate, do NOT use "$" , "%", or "," symbols in your numbers. Enter ONLY numbers (i.e.- 25000 instead of $25,000 ). When you fill in the loan amount, interest rate, and # of years, then click on the calculate button to display your monthly mortgage payment.
