Sure does. Sixteen big counties in Maine, 480 plus small towns and just a handful of cities. A lot of travel is involved getting to all the nooks and crannies of Vacationland.
Don’t plan on banging out a day or two of show and tell trying to search the entire state of Maine real estate listings.
Fact: Maine is not a tid bit snack size state like Delaware or Rhode Island.
Lot of ground to cover and what works best in one part does not in other Maine property locations.
It’s just like when you travel in a foreign land, to a new unfamiliar place.
Getting around is harder because you don’t recognize any of the streets, the local landmarks. It’s all brand new and different, unfamiliar.
