On the river-side of the property, the land stretches down to water frontage on the Presumpscot River and surrounds the historic Smith-Anderson cemetery which is owned by the town of Windham and accessed by deeded easement. Complimenting the existing private trails, the Mountain Division Trail system is slated to expand along the existing railbed.
